Quality Control

Production Quality Process

Each production batch undergoes in-line checks and a final pre-shipment inspection before dispatch. For coffee tables, this includes top flatness, leg stability, finish uniformity, hardware function, and weight load testing where applicable.

In-line inspection — production checks at assembly and finishing stages

Pre-shipment inspection (PSI) — available via SGS, Bureau Veritas, or buyer-nominated inspector

AQL sampling — defect classification (critical / major / minor) per international AQL standards

Photo documentation — production and packing photos for every order

After-sales support — issue resolution and replacement parts for trade accounts
